Adrian Goh

Chief Educator and Director of Inter Rice Asia Pte Ltd
Adrian is the Chief Educator and Director of Inter Rice Asia Pte Ltd, a premium sake distributor. He is also a Sake Educator for WSET Sake, and has been a Judge at the International Wine Challenge since 2017.
He has developed an online community of sake drinkers in Singapore, culminating in the largest craft sake festival in Singapore. Into its 5th edition in 2022, Sake Matsuri Singapore showcases more than 200 sakes from more than 15 distributors in Singapore.
Annette Scarfe MW

Annette Scarfe MW was awarded the prestigious Master of Wine (MW) title in 2012, winning the Noval Award for her dissertation on Ribera del Duero. Annette. Is the only female Master of wine in Singapore.
Annette is a wine consultant for global wine companies, generic and trade bodies and restaurants. She is well known as judge of two of Asia’s premier sommelier competitions (Sopexa Asia Best Sommelier in French Wines, Singapore National Sommelier Competition). Annette runs tastings and masterclasses for media, trade and consumers internationally . She is also a WSET educator. Additionally, Annette judges extensively at wine competitions across 4 continents Annette also works closely with importers and distributors in Singapore where she is based.
Behdad Shahsavari

Club dVIN Co-Founder Behdad Shahsavari is an innate business builder, bringing over 25 years of expertise in wine, venture capital, start-ups and management. He is a partner in several VC firms including Antler, a global foundry and incubator; a board member and an advisor. With his diverse track record in wine and venture capital, Shahsavari leads Club dVIN’s business development and strategy.
Camie Chua

Camie Chua is an accomplished marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience, delivering high-impact marketing and communication strategies across a broad range of industries including F&B and retail. She is currently the Assistant Director, Marketing & Business Development at Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG), responsible for growing the brand equity and maximising revenue for MFLG’s new and existing products, focusing on its F&B and Retail business segments.
Prior to joining MFLG in February 2020, Camie was the Marketing Director at the Jumbo Group of Restaurants and in her time, drove a measurable increase in repeat business and retail sales, while clinching prestigious industry awards for the Group such as the Singapore Prestige Brand Award and Enterprise 50 Award. She also worked with real estate conglomerate Mercatus Epsilon Co-operative, where she was involved in conceptualising several first-in-market initiatives and creative mall campaigns to drive traffic to heartland malls like Jurong Point Shopping Centre, AMK Hub and Thomson Plaza.
In her current role, Camie leads a team of over 10 and continues to drive business value for MFLG through effective marketing strategies and strategic partnerships. Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro, one of MFLG’s restaurants under her care, attained the Outstanding Casual Dining Experience at the Singapore Tourism Awards 2022 and the Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice in 2021.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Marketing from the University of Wollongong, Australia and in her spare time, the self-professed foodie enjoys photography and social media.
Christopher Beros

Christopher has served as Asia Director (formerly China Director), California Wine Institute since March 2015. He was formerly Founder, CEO and Chairman of California-China Wine Trading, Inc. (2007-2015).
Prior to getting involved in the China wine business in 2007, Beros was in the investment banking business where his focus was in Food & Beverage, Retailing (both on and off-line) and Consumer Products (Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette, Robertson Stephens).
During his tenure in the banking business, he had many winery clients and developed a strong knowledge of the wine industry over his career. He also founded and operated successful boutique investment banking firm, Alderwood Capital in San Francisco, CA.
Evan Goldstein MS

An internationally recognized authority and educator, Goldstein is one of the certification experts on the education panel of California’s first wine certification programme - Capstone. One of just 269 Master Sommeliers worldwide, Goldstein has authored four books, and co-authored several more, including the critically acclaimed Perfect Pairings: A Master Sommelier’s Practical Advice for Partnering Wine with Food.
He is also a Founding Board Member of the Best USA Sommelier Association (BUSA, and a contributing editor to the Oxford Companion to Wine (5th edition, publication 2023). As a founding board member for the Court of Master Sommeliers, Goldstein, for the last 30 years has been training and examining candidates. Goldstein passed the prestigious Master Sommelier examination at age 26 in 1987, just the eighth American to do so and youngest ever at the time.
He has been included twice in IntoWine.com’s “Top 100 Most Influential People in the U.S. Wine Industry,” starting with the debut list released in 2013, and again in 2018.
Harald Krabbe

The CEO and founder of Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin A/S, Harald is also the owner and actively manages the Frederiksdal Estate that dates back to 1756 that was built by the Swedish King Karl Gustav X with a barony established in the years prior. The historic manor and its fields have a storied history and was associated with some of Denmark’s largest noble families. At turning points of history, it also functioned as an independent estate under bourgeois owners. The current manor is part of the Frederiksdal Gods, a significant farm that grows essential crops and even the grass used for soccer stadiums and golf courses around the world.
Harald is a trained agrarian economist with a deep interest in developing the fields for the bottle. “Great wine is made in the fields” is a mantra he lives by. Frederiksdal is a defense of the Danish Stevnsbær, a cherry tree once found in abundance across the Nordics but is rarely seen today. The largest plantation of the Danish Stevnsbær and the only one of its kind is now found only at Frederiksdal, south of Copenhagen and fringing the Baltic Sea facing Germany on the Storebælt.
Ho Wei Siong

Ho Wei Siong co-founded Animagine in 2005 and has more than 17 years of experience in the creative and interactive media industry as a lead campaign strategist for national-level brand and marketing campaigns. Born in the Web 1.0 era and established his career in Web 2.0, he now focuses on developing Web 3.0 content and solutions to help brands amplify their engagement with communities.
Jonas Tofterup MW

Working with his older brother to create exciting, quality driven wines was a goal Jonas set for himself at the age of 12, and yet another example of Jonas extraordinary ability to achieve his goals. Bodegas Trenza is a collaboration between the two brothers since 2004. The signature wine Trenza Family Collection is a tribute to these brothers braiding together their passion and experiences. Along with his winemaking collaboration with Bodegas Trenza he is also European Export Manager for a well-known winery from Chile. Jonas feels strongly about wine education and co-owns Iberian Wine Academy, a wine school which offers WSET qualifications based in Andalucía helping other with their own wine journeys.

Presented by Jonas who is currently the Danish winemaker of the year and Denmark’s first Master of Wine, his impeccable wine credentials give way to a table of Frederiksdal that you will be invited to. Take front seat view of how the Danes are likely to relax and regale in the storied plantations of what is possibly the world’s largest and last stenvsbær cherry fields of significance.
June Lee

June Lee is a food and drinks editor and writer based in Singapore. Her articles have been published in titles such as epicure Asia, Her World, Tatler Asia and Vogue Singapore. She has covered the F&B, wine and spirits scene for over 20 years, and also spent some time managing communications for the Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts. June has completed her Certified Specialist in Wine (CSW) and WSET Level 3.
Kat Tchebotareva

As Club dVIN's Head of Product, Kat Tchebotareva cares deeply about creating experiences that leverage technology to foster real-life connection and community. Her career in digital product management & strategy spans three continents and seven successfully launched ventures across consumer, health & wellness, and blockchain.
Leanne Ng

Leanne is the Head of Sales and Chief Sommelier at Makoto-Ya Singapore and Makoto House Malaysia. With strong passion in Japanese Shochu and Sake, she aspire to connect and expand the Japanese drinking culture to the local market. Apart from being a Certified Sake Sommelier, Leanne also aims to bring back the origin of Japan - Japanese Shochu to the Food and Beverage Scene. Japanese Shochu is perceived as a traditional distilled liquor, but through this seminar, Leanne would like to introduce a new dimension of shochu drinking to the community.
This will be the first Shochu Master Class in Singapore and through this she hopes that Japanese shochu can regain its global traction that it deserves.
Marco Oomen

Marco Oomen is Creamy Creation’s Chief Commercial Officer, based at the company HQ in The Netherlands. Oomen holds an MBA, has a background in chemistry and over 25 years of experience in the global food ingredients & beverages industries. He has worked in both smaller companies as well as large multinationals like DSM and AAK, for which he spent many years abroad in various parts of the world.
In 2022, Creamy Creation won several awards at the Asian Spirits Masters competition. Oomen is determined to use the company’s expertise in development and manufacturing to launch exciting new projects and activities in Asia.
Matthew Fergusson-Stewart

Matthew is the recipient of the prestigious Icons of Whisky – Rest of World, Scotch Whisky Brand Ambassador of the year, 2017. He was also awarded the Best Education and Community Ambassador for Singapore Bar Awards in 2018 for his contribution to the local bar industry. He is one of the creators of the 22,000 strong whisky community Dram Full with nine chapters in Asia Pacific.
Neil Hadley MW

Neil Hadley MW joined Wakefield Taylors Family Wines as General Manager, Export in early 2007. With more than 30 years of industry trade experience, Neil is key to developing and executing international sales and marketing strategies around the world for Wakefield Taylors Family Wines.
His career in fine wine began in the early 80s as a wine retailer in England. Determined to understand the wine shelves of Lay & Wheeler, Neil dove straight into WSET training, later moving on to become one of the youngest members initiated as a prestigious Master of Wine in 1993. Neil Hadley is the current Chair of the Council of IMW.
After a visit to Australia in the late 80s, he decided Sydney would become home and pursued numerous roles in sales and marketing with prestigious brands like Rosemount Estate, Penfolds and Villa Maria in New Zealand.
Today at Wakefield Taylors Family Wines, Neil manages the export portfolio of the 50-year-old wine company along with third-generation Export Manager and Company Director Justin Taylor. His main regions of responsibility include the United Kingdom and Europe, North America and South America.
When not jet setting on behalf of Wakefield Taylors Family Wines, Neil is an avid traveller himself. He cites trekking the foot of Mount Everest, dam-building for Masai tribes-people in Kenya and driving around Australia in a ‘Kingswood’ amongst his more memorable journeys around the world.
Paul McArdle

Paul’s long involvement in the wine industry has been varied: he established a successful domestic and international wine wholesale company in 1995 and at the same time launched his own wine brand.
Paul passed the demanding UK based ‘Master of Wine’ (MW) tasting exam component in 2003. He is a regular public speaker at wine dinners, masterclasses and trade tastings and was the wine buyer and educator for Must Wine Bar from 2004 until 2018. Paul was a member of the Margaret River Wine Association Board from 2016 to 2018 and has been actively involved in international wine presentations on behalf of MRWA and Wine Australia.
Paul has had numerous wine executive roles, including: General Manager of sales for Burch Family Wines (Howard Park and Madfish);
CEO of Higher Plane Wines; Fonty’s Pool Wines and Fraser Gallop Estate. Paul is now CEO for a new venture – ‘Overstory’, which is a wine production and distribution project in both Margaret River and Tasmania.
Poh Tiong Ch'ng

DWWA Regional Chair for Asia, publisher, writer and columnist of many wine publications and websites, and a senior judge in several wine and spirit competitions.
Richard Hemming MW

Richard has worked in the wine trade for 20 years, and is one of fewer than 500 Masters of Wine in the world. His career started in UK retail with Majestic Wine before spending 13 years as a freelance wine writer and educator. Formerly a Member of 67 Pall Mall in London, he moved to Singapore in 2019 at the same time as the Club was preparing to launch there. From the initial office of two people, Richard has seen the team grow to full strength, and is now Head of Wine, Asia, working with the Sommelier, Events and Marketing teams to deliver the ultimate wine experience for Members of the Club.
Roberto Duran

Roberto was studying economics until he realised that wasn’t his thing and instead started to challenge himself in hospitality sector. He has now been working in hospitality for 17 years, including Michelin-starred establishments such as Miramar and Mirror with Chef Paco Perez, where he had his first experience of being a sommelier in a top-end restaurant.
In 2014 Roberto won third place in the best sommelier in Spain competition. He continued to challenge himself, moving to London and starting the Master Sommelier course. He joined the 67 Pall Mall opening team in 2015, positive that this is not only a job but a great learning curve for his career. All the knowledge that he gained working at 67 Pall Mall prompted him to reattempt the best sommelier in Spain competition, achieving first place.
In 2017, he took a break from the Club to take a senior Sommelier position with Joël Robuchon in Singapore, which was the perfect preparation to join 67 Pall Mall in Singapore as Head Sommelier. He is currently in the final stage of his Master Sommelier qualification, on the brink of joining the most elite group of wine service professionals. His natural passion for wine and total dedication to providing great service makes him the ideal person to lead the sommelier team at 67 Pall Mall Singapore.
Ross Sheppard

Mr. Ross Sheppard graduated from the Australia’s best winemaking school “Roseworthy College “in South Australia in 1983 and began his wine journey by building his own wine retail business “Ostler” in London. Following that, he has worked as exported director with various major wine groups” De Bortoli Wines, Salena Estate Loxton, Hanging Rock Winery and Blue Pyrenees Estate and different Victoria Government associations in Australia. Overall, in the past 40 years, he has exported wine to almost every corner of the planet.

Sam Mudie

Sam has been at the forefront of the global wine investment scene for over a decade, previously sitting on the Investment Committee and as SE Asia Director for the world’s largest investment manager, Cult Wines ($480 million assets under management) for whom he founded the Singapore office.
Most recently he raised private capital to launch a series of businesses exploring various applications for Web3 and blockchain technology in the wine and wider passion asset collecting space.
A regular writer for Robb Report, he’s also contributed to Forbes, The Edge, CNA and Money FM. As well as serving on the British Chamber of Commerce’s Finance and Fintech Committee, Sam has qualifications in Web3 / Blockchain design and application from INSEAD and National University of Singapore.
Tan Ying Hsien MW

Ying Hsien Tan MW qualified as the first Singaporean Master of Wine in 2015. He was one of the first two Asian men to attain the qualification that year. The Master of Wine is considered the most prestigious wine qualification in the world.
Whilst on the MW education programme, Ying won the Institute of Masters of Wine Champagne Trinity Scholarship 2010 and was nominated to attend the Master Napa Programme in September 2013. He also won a French Wine Society scholarship for the Sud de France Master Level Program in 2013 and the 2013 AXA Millésime Scholarship for MW students.
