Ang Shih-Huei

Shih-Huei’s multifaceted professional background brings a refreshing perspective to the judging panel. She is a board member of Sentosa Development Corporation, a council member of the Singapore Business Federation and an exco member of Singapore Women Entrepreneurs Network (SG-WEN). As the CEO and co-founder of H/Advisors Klareco with more than 20 years of experience in public relations, her clientele spans a wide range of organisations, including government ministries and multinational corporations, she looks forward to see how establishments communicate beyond the glass, fostering meaningful connections in the wine and spirits industry.

Daniel Goh

Daniel Goh is editor of SpiritedSingapore.com, an online lifestyle publication covering the drinks and dining scene in Singapore and beyond. Daniel is whisky- and wine-certified; he is Certified Specialist of Wine, a French Wine Scholar, and a Whisky Ambassador. A prolific writer and commentator in the Singapore F&B scene for the past 10 years, he has also contributed to various Singapore lifestyle publications and is often invited to judge at cocktail competitions.

Edward Ching

Edward’s extensive background in the publishing industry spans 20 years , having adorned different hats including that of a photojournalist and a magazine editor, specializing in the realm of wine and dine. Driven by a passion for great photos, fine wine, and good food, his philosophy in creating art has always been to showcase subjects as they are, in its simplest, most natural form. Edward is now a co-hosting a wine segment on popular lifestyle radio station LOVE 972, engaging listeners with a wealth of insights into the intricate world of wine.

Jessie Khoo-Gan

Jessie Khoo-Gan is an accomplished Hotel General Manager with more than 30 years of experience in managing full spectrum of Hospitality Operations with strong focus on Sales, Catering and Event Management for prominent hotel brands across APAC.

She has been appointed General Manager of Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore located in the financial district - Shenton Way.

Pan Pacific Hotels Group and Fairmont Raffles Hotels International are among some of the international hotel groups she has worked in. She has also gathered experience working in properties such as Shangri-La Singapore, One Farrer Hotel & Spa, and Dorsett Singapore.

Jonas Tofterup MW

Jonas is a globetrotting wine expert who isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. A Danish Master of Wine, the first from his home country, with extensive experience crafting wines in regions like Spain, Germany, and South Africa. Now he’s putting his knowledge to work not only making his own label with his brother, but also educating future wine lovers at his Spanish academy.

Nimmi Malhotra

Nimmi Malhotra is a wine and drinks writer based in Singapore. She is a regular contributor to The Drinks Business, Channel News Asia, The Peak and Sommelier India. A WSET Diploma graduate, she also judges at wine and spirit competitions.

Valerie Lim

Valerie Lim is the former National Director of the Miss Universe Singapore Organisation and Miss Universe Singapore 2011 titleholder who is the catalyst behind Singapore's resurgence onto the global Miss Universe stage, securing a coveted spot in the top 16 semi-finals after an unprecedented 34-year hiatus.

Singaporean at heart and international by passion, Valerie is a respected media figure who brings a discerning palette to the judging panel.
